LATTA — Services for Mamie Leotha Ervin will be held 3 p.m. Thursday in
Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Smith Cemetery in Latta. Visitation
will be held 7-9 p.m. Wednesday in Cooper Funeral Home.
Mrs. Ervin, 70, died Monday, Oct. 8, 2007, at McLeod Medical Center in
Dillon.
Born in Marlboro County, Oct. 17, 1936, she was the daughter of the late
Thomas Jefferson Monahan and Mamie Louise Powers Monahan. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her sons, Robert Earl Ervin of Latta, James Daniel Ervin of
Greenville, Charles Edward Ervin and Larry Wayne Ervin, both of Latta, Danny
Ervin of Columbus, Ga., and Thomas Jefferson Ervin of Greenville; brother,
Thomas Monahan of Elgin; daughter-in-law, Cynthia Ann Ervin of Columbus, Ga.;
grandchildren, Michael and Alexis Ervin of Columbus, Ga.
