Brandon Mill is/was actually a mill in the city of Greenville. There was a
large section called Brandon Mill which was, of course, near the mill
itself. I don't know how that area is currently, but most of the old
textile mills are closed, but they were the life's blood for many years in
the upper counties of SC.
