I have an Austin question. I have an ancestor that may have been an Austin. Name was Mary "Polly" Anne Austin or Possibly Grogan. The Grogan's do claim her, but I don't know the story behind the Austin theory. Do any of you Austin researchers know of a Mary Anne Austin who was born abt 1803, probably Union Co., SC and married Milton Alverson (abt 1797 - bet. 1870-1880 )?
