One thing we came across that "might" be a possibility....a delayed birth
certificate??? We came across one that surprised us this week here in
Nebraska. Divorce decree listed son as son of Clark Watrous and delayed
birth certificate named father as Seth Daniel. (divorce decree arguments
explained some of it : )
