Hi tmackaskew,

according to her obituary in The Greenville News, Nannie Mack was the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. O.W. Woolridge. This is confirmed in the 1910 census, which shows an Orange Woolridge living in Greenville County, SC along with wife Annie and daughter Nannie (and other children).
James A. Mack's death certificate does not give his father's name; his mother's maiden name is given as Sara Williams. He did not have an obituary in The Greenville News. However, two brief items about his death (he was struck by an automobile and died the next day) appeared in the paper. Neither item mentioned his family.
If you have any questions, or would like to order copies of any of these documents, please feel free to contact me off-list. Best of luck with your research!

Hello, I am looking for someone with information on a Nannie Woolridge of Greenville, SC. Nannie was born in 1887 and died in 1970. She was the second wife of James A. Mack. James was born in 1875 and died in 1951. She had several children. Some of them include Marion, Ruth, Wilbur, and there are others. I am looking for information on the Woolridge family and the Mack family from Greenville, SC.
