Hi, this is "speaking.
I am afraid most of you do not realize that you are in a mailing list
and thus appealing to a number of potential readers.
At any rate I am not related with many Holstein families ewxcept for
my sons in law and a distant cousins who moved to the town Schleswig
after they had been bombed in 1943 in Hamburg, whereas I came to Hamburg
in July 1944 after Hitler had been assassinated. I was twelve then and
we lived in one of the suburbs then. Originally I came from Saxony.
Unfortunally Schleswig-Holstein or even Holstein as a part of it is too
big and the Jessens are too numerous in this area to find out about
them without further details.
Good night (0.29 over here) JDt
