Greetings to List,

Please use the list for constructive research subjects. Hans-Peter Voss
I am sure would be the first to want to get back to helping people get
started in the quest to find their ancestors. If you have comments
directly to him, personal or in his Genealogy Research Business, please
address them to him and not through the list.

Please do not "flame" anyone for comments. In fact I for one thinks
that generally it is best to not send replies of that type through the
list at all. Pretty soon all 580 subscribers want to send their vote.
Your help here would be greatly appreciated.

If you want a reply about the names are interested in, please give a
date even if approximate, and a place if known.

Please note also that in some of the parish records, you can not assume
the wife's last name. In some records she will get the same name as the
children after she is married. Also if she was a child of a farm owner
she may likely have a surname even in the late 1600 and early 1700. All
of this will keep you on your toes trying to stay ahead of all the
possibilities.
