Greetings all,

Current subscribers stand at 610. It had dropped over the summer to
about 570. Quite likely we have many new subscribers.

If you have not submitted your interests for your research of you
Schleswig Holstein Roots, Now would be a good time to post your
updates. We have many changes to the list weekly. They subscribers
cover many of the corners of the world. If you have not submitted your
interests in the list for a few month, please do so again. For the new
one on the list, just jump on in and get started.

Please remember to include place name, and actuarial or approximate time
period. Make no assumptions about your family using the Patronymics
naming. This will be determined by the status of the family and place
where they lived.

All of us should try and remember to make sure that the Subject is
changed for each submitted message. Likewise, all previous messages
that are not necessary to convey the meaning of the current message
should be deleted before sending the message.

Also if you want to have the best results in you search for you
ancestry, please do not list all of your surnames in each message. This
just creates a problem when others try to find your interests in the
RootsWeb archives for the Lists.

Thanks to all that have contributed to make this list what it has been,
and for sure what it is likely to be in the future. Our many
subscribers in Germany, Denmark, and other places of the world have
given us a better understanding of what our ancestor home area was
like. Again thanks and keep up the good work.
