Subject: [S-H-RTS] Which Schleswig?
How does one ascertain which Schleswig (Schleswig, city in Germany or
Slesvig area of Denmark) an ancestor came from when all I have so far is
a
record from a fraternal organization that says Nels C. Pederson(Niels
Pedersen) was born May 10, 1854, Schleswig, Denmark? Unfortunately his
1933
death record/obit gave no information. I am still searching US records
for
more info but so far this is all I have. Thank you. "E"laine
