Hi,
I have Zornig family buried in Fairmount Cemetery, Davenport, Iowa. What was the name of your grandfather (Leon Sr.'s fther)? What date was Leon Franklin Wilken born?

My Johann Wilkens ma a Mathilda Fredericks in Germany (place and date unknown). They had issue: Magdalena Wilkens b 31 March 1850 in Germany, S. Ditmarschen. She ma my direct Jacob Zornig in Davenport, IA on 7 Oct 1871. NOTE: This information has not been proven. It is believed that Magdalena Wilkens had a sister, Anna and at least two other siblings, first names unknown.
