Hi Roger,

I am researching Kohler/Kahler but I am not researching this
line.

I do have the followering information from Neukirchen
marriages.

The 9 May 1879 marriage of Christian Otto Wilhelm Köhler age
38, son of Wilhelm Christian Friedrich Köhler, publican of
Lütjenburg and Wilhelmine Elisabeth Jürgens to Johanne Marie
Friederike Klopp age 22, daughter of Paul Wilhelm Carl Klopp,
forester of Schönweide and Sophie Christine Schlichting age 22.

This is the only reference I have to this line in Neukirchen
records.

My GG Grandfather was Christian George Ferdinand KAHLER
(KOEHLER) who was born 7th Feb 1846 in Lütjenburge S-H. He
married Rachel Elizabeth HARDWICK on 20th June 1869 in
Sheffield UK. His parents were Johann Christian Friedrich
KOEHLER (a pub keeper) and Wilbermine Elisabeth JUERGENS.

I would be interested to hear from anyone who is researching
these names.
