Actually kleuver, or all the other spellings is the surname of the family I am looking for. They are very elusive :) We're not sure of the spelling as it has been different on the census records I have found and the death certs. I'm thinking if I could find them in Germany I might be able to find the right spelling. However all that I can find is Schleswig and Holstein..nothing more specific than that.
