I am reposting this message (originally posted several weeks earlier) in the hope that someone new to the list might see it and give me a clue.

I am searching for the burial place of Earl C. Ellis (1837-1905) and his wife Rebecca (1849-50 to 1883-4) and any information about his descendants. Earl lived in the Cool Spring area of Horry County after the WBTS until his death. His children were Gabriel L. Ellis(1870-?), Mary E. Ellis (1873-?) who had a daughter named Mattie, Sharlott A. or Lottie Ellis (1878-?) who married Eddie Allen, and Sarah R. Ellis(1880-?), as well as my ancestor, Benjamin Franklin Ellis. Frank moved to Georgia and lost touch with his family. I am trying to locate the descendants of these folks.
