Dear Linda:
Just wanted to drop you a quick line to let you know that we are still
working hard on the website for the 26th SC Inf Regt. and I think that we
have
collected some really good stuff and am constantly looking for more. I am
still planning on doing a feature on David on my website, so if you could
give
me more details re. his daddy, momma, and a few more bio details that would
be
appreciated. I have some but not enough. Also, info on his son's fate and
descendents, I have some but not enough. Is it possible that a photo exists
of David?
We have also found a number of Horry men buried at Hollywood Cemetery in
Richmond along with David P, my wife's cousin Zebedee Jordan died in Jackson
at age 18. Do you know what hospital that David P. died in, I'd say off-hand
that it was Jackson, let me know if you know?
