Does anyone have any info on the Clemmons family listed on the 1870 Horry Census located in the Little River section?

James (?sp) Clemmons 33 (born in NC)
Ellen Clemmons 25 (born in SC)
John 8
Joseph 5
Ellen 2
Amanda 25 (born in NC)

They are listed next to the Jackson McCall family. Family lore has it that Julia B. McCall (23) was a Clemmons.
This Clemmons family is not listed in the HoCo 1860 or 1880 census.
