There is a Frederick W. Jernigan listed in Green Sea Township in 1880
with a wife of Elmina, age 26 for both. Children listed are: Rachel S.
age 5, Florence M., age 3 and Clara Jernigan age 2.

Also in Green Sea Township for 1880 is Edmond Fowler age 69 and Clara
Fow age 60, probably Frederick's father in law. There are several other
younger Fowlers listed after Edmund's name, if you want those, just let
me know.
