SOCASTEE - Elma Flowers Premont, 76, widow of Eugene Malloy Craig and Lawrence C. Premont, of Dick Pond Road, died Friday, Feb. 22, 2002, at the Specialty Hospital of South Carolina in Charleston.

She was born in Horry County, a daughter of the late Henry E. and Bessie Cook Flowers.

She was a member of Socastee Church of God and was predeceased by a brother, Francis Marion Flowers.

Survivors include two sons, Eugene Carroll Craig and Douglas M. Craig and his wife, Paula, all of Myrtle Beach; three daughters, Jeanne Dutton of Myrtle Beach, Cindy Hall and Nancy Solt and her husband, Don, all of Summerville; two brothers, David Flowers of Mullins, Archie M. Flowers of Santa Fe, Texas; four sisters, Nathalle Edge of North Myrtle Beach, Esther Bates of Kingstree, Hallie Titmus of Surfside Beach, and Mary Lou Hershberger of Myrtle Beach; 17 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. tonight at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway Chapel.

The funeral will be at 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Socastee Church of God. The Rev. Neigel Scarborough will officiate.
