WHITEVILLE, N.C. - Harley Owen Nance, 82, died Friday, April 5, 2002.

Survivors include a son, James Nance; three daughters, Janet Hammond, Jewel Todd, and Frances Buffkin; two sisters; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

Visitant will be from 7 to 9 p.m. tonight at Meares Funeral Home in Fair Bluff, N.C.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
