MYRTLE BEACH - Shirley M. Suggs, 61, died Wednesday, April 10, 2002, at home.

She was born July 12, 1940, in Conway, a daughter of the late Dutch and Sudie Todd Mishoe. She was the widow of D. L. Suggs.

She was formerly employed with Horry County Schools for more than 12 years and was a loving mother and grandmother.

Survivors include three daughters, Mary Sue Boyce and Paula K. Suggs of Myrtle Beach and Mary Helen McCormick of Great Falls; a brother, H. B. Mishoe of Myrtle Beach; and five grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a brother, Hoyt Mishoe.

Visitation will be from 7 to 9 tonight at Palmetto Funeral Home in Conway.

The funeral will be at 3:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. The Rev. Lloyd Gause will officiate. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.
