My earliest ancester is John Singleton, one of the many John Singletons listed in various places. My John Singleton married Nancy Harper. John is credited with building the first Hebron Methodist Church at Bucksville. Nancy is buried at Union Methodist Church on Hwy 701S. Their son, Samuel Harper Singleton, is my great-great grandfather. Samuel married Charlotte Causey.
