Pat,

Did your father die between 1915 and 1949? If so, I need date of death.
If 1950 forward need date of death and birth. Do you live in SC? Between
1915 and 1949 the Death Certificate Number can be obtained from local library.
Then you have to go SC Archives in Columbia to obtain BC. 1950 to current
date you must go to DHEC in Columbia SC with birth date and death date.
