I think I have found your Willie George Oswalt. I'm not positive that this is his family, but it might be a good place to start.

In the 1850 Lexington Co., SC Census, I found:
George Oswalt age 63 farmer b.SC
Gemima age 45 b.SC
William Oswalt age 21 farmer b.SC
Elizabeth Brison age 18 b.SC
James Oswalt age 16 b.SC
Simson Oswalt age 17 b.SC
Policy or Paliey Oswalt age 2 b.SC
Louisa Brison age 14 b.SC
William Brison age 12 b.SC
John Brison age 9 b.SC

Not sure who these Brisons are, possible Gemima's children by a previous marriage? The census doesn't give marriage information.
