I have many Jeffcoat's in my family. Who are you looking for? Who would the progenator of your Jeffcoat line be? Hope I can help.

25), daughter Eliza Rowe (mulatto, age 8), son Luther Rowe (mulatto, age 4)
and son Simon Rowe (mulatto, age 2).

At a glance, I can't find this family after 1880. The 1890 census doesn't
exist, so I thought surely this Sampson would have a family by 1900, but I
can't find them.

Let me know if these Rowes are your ancestors. If you'd like for me to
search some more, just let me know! I'm at a standstill on my own research
at the moment.
