Don't know anything much about the Boatwright family in Marion. Have heard
that they were descended from or related to the Boatwright family in
Chesterfield Co SC and Anson Co NC, but have no personal knowledge of this.
Seems there might have been an early Cason and/or White family connection up
there???

There is a newly named Boatwright Road near the town of Marion. It is located
off Hwy 76, between Marion and Pee Dee. There is (or was) also a Boatwright
used car lot near there.
