Hi, gang,

My little sister, Debbie Kerner, has a brand new website
for all branches of the Carmichael family. It's the official
Genealogy Page for Clan Carmichael USA, and there's lots
of data on the Marion/Dillon Co SC Carmichael families.

Even if you don't have a Carmichael line, you might want to
take a look to see if any of your lines are mentioned in the
records she's posting there.

The website contains lots of resources for Carmichael and
other Scottish surname research. Also the full text of several
years' worth of her column 'Connections' which appears in
the official Clan Carmichael USA newsletter 'The Eagle Gate.'
It also has (or in some cases will have as soon as she can
get it ready) lots of cemeteries, land grants and plats, deeds,
and other abstracts and transcriptions from primary record
sources. There will be a guest book for queries and browsing.

It's a work in progress, and some of her pages are still in the
works, but there's quite a lot already uploaded. Like me, she
has a very heavy workload, but will be posting more data as
her time permits. It also makes her a little slow on her replies,
but she will get to them.

Ya'll go take a look. I know you'll enjoy it.
