Seeking information on Francis AVANT of Marion County, SC. He was born
ca. 1775-1780 and is the son of Joshua AVANT, the grandson of Caleb
AVANT. He married Elizabeth CASE ca. 1810. She was the daughter of
John & Lucy CASE. Seeking information on Lucy CASE's parentage. When
John died, she remarried a Loftes R. MUNNERLYN. Francis AVANT died
between 1822-1828. His widow, Elizabeth CASE AVANT is found in Dallas
County, AL remarried to a Charles LEOPARD by 1828. Seeking information
on the LEOPARD line as well.
