Do not know where Turkey Cock Landing is located, but I believe somewhere down
in Britton's Neck area.

To avoid possible confusion, there is a Turkey Cock Bay in what is now Dillon
County, also found mentioned in the old land grants and deeds. It is located
near Little Pee Dee Presbyterian Church and near Campbell's Bridge on Little
Pee Dee River, just a little SE of town of Dillon. Carmichaels, Rowells, and
others had land grants on or near Turkey Cock Bay.
