If you haven't visited the Dillon and Marion SCGenWeb sites
recently, you may want to stop by and check out the Obituaries
sections. (See URL in signature line.)

Our Carolyn Klear has been transcribing and contributing a
wealth of obituaries over the past few months, and many of these
are from the 1800s. At last count, Carolyn had contributed
over 140 obits since May. Just fyi, some of the obits include an
exceptional amount of data: birth date AND birth place (!!!),
marriage date, spouse's maiden name, parents' names,
childrens' names and who they married...

Many, many thanks, Carolyn, for so kindly sharing these
treasures with all of us!
