As I was searching through the census records for Marion County, SC I
noticed that 1810 was the earliest it had Marion as a county listed. Am I
correct in assuming that I would search in Edgefield County from 1790 thru
1800 in order to find ancestors in the Marion/Dillon area?
Thanks :-)
Jane
