DILLON

Services for Gloria Jean Huggins Lucas will be held 4:00 P.M. Monday in
Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery. Visitation
will be held 7-9 P.M. Sunday in the funeral home.



Mrs. Lucas, 45, died Friday, February 21, 2003 in St. Eugene Medical Center.



Born in Dillon County, December 1, 1957, she was the daughter of Luberta
Manuel and the late John Huggins. She was a homemaker.



Survivors include her husband, Raymond Lucas of Dillon; mother, Luberta
"Babe" Manuel of Dillon; step-daughters, Deborrah Hudson of Kenly, NC and
Mary Ann Bell of Dunn, NC; step-sons, Glenn Lucas and Marshall Lucas, both
of Coates, NC; 8 step-grandchildren.



Mrs. Lucas was preceded in death by her step-father, Jesse A. Manuel.
