(August 1, 1960 - April 21, 2003)



HOUSTON, MISSOURI

Services for James Durwood Page will be held Saturday at 11:00 A.M. in
Dillon Congregational Holiness Church. Burial with full military honors will
follow in Lake View Cemetery. Visitation is 7-9 Friday in Cooper Funeral
Home in Dillon.



Mr. Page, 42, died Tuesday in Missouri.



Born in Dillon County, August 1, 1960, he was the son of Shelby Jean Horne
and the late Herbert Leon Page Jr. He was the grandson of the late Herbert
Leon Page Sr. and Roxie Lucy Page. He was a graduate of Lake View High
School and was in the U.S. Army Airbourne and served in Desert Storm. He was
a member of Dillon Congregational Holiness Church where he served as a youth
and children's sunday school teacher and was a member of the choir.



Survivors include his wife, Marlene Ramsey Page of Houston, Missouri; son,
Johnathan David Page of Houston, Missouri; mother, Shelby Jean Horne of
Fork; sister, Sherry Page Richardson and her husband Michael of Marion;
brothers, Perry Clifton Page and his wife Sheryl of Fork, Chad Lynn Bullock
and his wife Crystal of Lake View, and Tom O'Cain and his wife Anita of
Columbia; 9 nieces and nephews.



He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mattie J. Goddard.
