HAMER
Services for Margaret Lee Page will be held 4:00 P.M. Monday at Beulah
Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral
Home. Visitation will be held 7-9 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Page, 77, died Saturday, July 26, 2003 at her residence after an
extended illness.
Born in Dillon County, June 6, 1926, she was the daughter of the late
Murdock Lee and Carrie Mae Berry Lee. She was a member of Beulah Baptist
Church where she was a member of the W.M.U. Sunday School Class and was
retired from Dixiana Mill after 26 years. She was the widow of the late
Harley Paul Page, Jr.
Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Carol P. & Larry R. Scott
of West Columbia, Brenda J. & Ken Jackson of Florence, JoAnn P. & James E.
Freeman of Clio, and Linda P. & Charles Scott of Dillon; special niece,
Betty Anne Jackson of Bennettsville; special nephew, J.W. Lee of Florence; 8
grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Page was preceded in death by her brothers, Bernice, Keller, and Edward
Lee; sister, Lib Gaddy; and grandchildren, Missy and Robbie Jackson; and her
special nephew, Bobby Lee.
Memorials may be made to the McLeod Hospice, 555 E. Cheves St., Florence, SC
