Some Donaldson relatives emigrated to British Columbia on 13 September 1907
on the SS Pretorian (from Glasgow). Christina Isabella DONALDSON (nee
Milton) b Rothiemay, Banffshire in 1871, sailed with her children, Venetia Edith b
Aberdeen 1895, Hector Horatio b Aberdeen, 1900 and James b about 1904. Her
husband, George Robert DONALDSON b Macduff, Banffshire in 1871, was a merchant
seaman; I suppose he was already based in BC.

I have no idea what happened to them after their arrival or where they went.
If anyone has heard of any of them, or could suggest what lines I could
follow, I would be most grateful.
