I believe that Nicholas Hale Scribner b 1805 had 4 or 5 children-
Sarah Jane born in the 1830's VT and Nicholas hale Scribner Jr (Hale)
born a few yrs after, were born in Vermont-
the others were born in OHIO-Licking county after 1840 census-
one of them I believe was Frances-
I need to check my records in Mahaska County Iowa-
but the younger children and Nancy Baker Younger Nicholas Hale's wife
stayed behind in Ohio until N.H. and daughter Sarah Jane made a place for
them-
I don't know but that could be your Frank?
was he born in Ohio?
or Iowa?
