David,
I got the info from the office of the Grand Secretary for the state. I
guess they keep all of the older copies of things there. I also don't
imagine they'd give you information like on the application, but you might
try. They were very helpful.
Who are the folks you're working on in that area? I'm kin to or connected
to most folks in that area going way on back. Might be able to help you
some, or vice versa.
