I sometimes think most of my Alabama families went through
Edgefield, and nearby places, on their way to Bulter, Monroe and
Lowndes Counties, Alabama.

William and Elizabeth Bonner Robertson/Roberson/Robinson
Nathaniel and Amanda Blakely Robertson
John A. and Anna Unknown Robertson
Elkanah Sawyer and Mariam (Miriam?) Belk
Wiley Sawyer and Sarah (Susan) Scroggin
John Regan (found with Elkanah Sawyer in court records)
William Robinson is also found with Elkanah in court records.

Have info on several of these families and I am happy to share what I
