I purchased the record of birth off of Scotland's People
and where it lists ISSUE LIVING AND DECEASED it says 1 BOY LIVING.......HOWEVER where the Mother's information is it says HER 1ST CHILD. To me this means that the FATHER has a living son possibly but not to this wife, am I correct please? Although a date of marriage is shown I cannot find proof of this marriage.
