An extra bit of explanation - the book in question lists somewhere between
5,000 and 6,000 individuals, so for me to do a look-up, I really need a
first name, and/or possible dates of birth to have any chance of retrieving
some useful information.

For anyone who would like to try to get a copy of the book from a library or
