Just checking - with the census being performed in 1792, your Ann Margaret
McCallum would need to have been alive in that year. Did her marriage to
Horatio Nelson McLaurin take place when she was in her 70s?

And I have just spotted a typo in my note to Gordon - I actually searched
for Alexander McCallum's wife named CATHERINE - not one named Caroline as in
my message below. That is what happens when you try to do two things at
once...

I am being greedy here but wondered if you had a Ann Margaret McCallum wjho
married Horatio Nelson MacLaurin in 1864 Perth? His father was Dr Malcolm
MacLaurin and in the employ of the Duke of Argyll.
Any help would be much appreciated
Jenny

estates in Kintyre - look-up offer

Gordon

Thanks for giving me a possible location and wife's name - makes life a
lot
easier with so many McCallums in the area. However, I could not find an
Alexander with a wife named Caroline, and Breakacha is not in the place
name
index.

Sorry I could not be of more help

Best regards

Sarah

Breakacha for an Alexander McCallum and wife Catherine..
With thanks
Ann
