The reason I was asking was that I have the following Macdonalds and was wondering if they could be one family. It looks like there was traffic between the two parishes and it is reasonable that it is the same family.

Alexander McDonald married Marion McIntyre on 5 Oct. 1836 at Tyree, Argyll, Scotland.

Alexander McDonald and Marion McIntyre had a male child named Lachlan McDonald who was christened on 22 Nov. 1837 at Tyree, Argyll, Scotland.

Alexander McDonald and Marion McIntyre had a male child named Ranold McDonald who was christened on 25 Sept. 1839 at Tyree, Argyll, Scotland.

Alexander McDonald and Marion McIntyre had a male child named John McDonald who was christened on 7 Jul. 1841 at Tyree, Argyll, Scotland.

Alexander McDonald and Marrian McIntyre had a female child named Cirsty McDonald who was christened on 18 Dec. 1843 at Kilfinichen and Kilvickeon, Argyll, Scotland.
