I have been researching my grandfather, William Ross, born Cullen 27 Oct 1850 who went down to Jarrow, Durham early 1870s The Rosses were boat builders and seafarers I have information back to his great grandfather John Ross born c 1751 who married Ann Addison (Eddison) on 26 Nov 1776 in Cullen I would be grateful for any info on this family particularly further back than 1725

I have quite an extensive tree up to the present time and I would be pleased to share this info with any one interested

I mean to visit Tain Museum some time in Spring 2008 to see if there is any connection with Ross Clan there
