Does anyone have any information about Sir John Paterson (baronet) of Eccles in Berwickshire?

I know there is a testament testamentar & inventory document from the Lauder Commissary Court from 26 Nov 1782 on file at ScotlandsPeople for Sir John Paterson, baronet of Eccles. But I don't want to pay the money to view it until I can more definitively determine if he is possibly my John Paterson or not (or possibly connected to him).

My John Paterson married Margaret Whillas 6 Nov 1742 in Eccles, Berwickshire. I have two daughters for them--Elizabeth Paterson (chr 13 Jul 1748) and Barbara Paterson (chr 10 Dec 1752).

Does anyone have any information that could help me determine if there is a connection between the baronet John Paterson and my John Paterson?
