I am searching for the family of James Patrick Sutherland from Wick,
Caithness, Scotland. This is the information I have from his obituary:

James Patrick Sutherland born October 13, 1852 in Wick, Scotland. He was
baptized in the Presbyterian Church of Wick in early life. He came to
Kansas, USA, when he was 22 years old to be a "cowboy on the range". Two
sisters came to Kansas after James, Delina and Jane. In an 1885 census of
Kansas, Jane and Delina are shown living with James, his wife Mary, and their
1 year old daughter, Mary Jane. In 1885, their ages were listed as:
James: 31
Jane: 20
Delina: 32
Jane later married William Gunn. Delina married John Lightburn and later
returned to Scotland.
James' wife was Mary S.Gilchrist. I believe her family also came from the
Wick area, though I have only been able to conclusively trace them to
Illinois.
James' obit says he was the last surviving member of a family of seven. He
died December 16, 1939, in Belle Plaine, Kansas.
If anyone has information on this family in Scotland, I would appreciate
