Scott - I don't have any censuses for Edinburgh, but I do have birth Indexes for Scotland.

Found :
1861 - Philip Frushard Graham BELL born St. George, Edinburgh #1220
1856 - Thomas Graham BELL born Cambeltown L [Landward parish] #15

The nearest deaths I found were :
1884 - Thomas BELL, age 19, died Mid district Old Monkland #258
1885 - no match at all for Thomas, even 5 years either way of his age.
1900 - Mary BELL, age 49, died Lochgilphead [Argyllshire], #76
Mary BELL, age 52, died St Peter, Dundee #545
1901 - no Mary BELL near 50 died that year
1902 - no Mary BELL near 50 died that year
1903 - Mary BELL, age 49, died Dumfries #53

That 's all I was able to find for the names you were most interested in, being Philip, Thomas, Mary and Annie. The
others were pre-Civil Registration [1855], and I don't have data on them.

Perhaps this will give you somewhere to go with a search. You can purchase the Registration Entries for the above [same
as Birth or Death certificates] from the General Registration Office in Edinburgh, or get a transcription from a
researcher for less.
