I'm new to the list and thought I would post my interests. I have found
out a little more on my grandfather's siblings thanks to the 1891 & 1901
Census.

John MacKenzie b. July 10, 1861 Elgin, Moray married Elizabeth JAMIESON b.
June 15, 1858 Rothes, Moray on Nov. 30, 1882 in Burdiehouse Limeworks,
Liberton. Elizabeth (Jamieson) MacKenzie died sometime between 1901 and
1926. John MacKenzie died sometime after 1926.

John's parents were John MacKenzie b. abt 1830 Kilmorak,
Inverness and Jessie DAVIDSON b. abt 1831 Elgin, Moray. Elizabeth's
parents were William JAMIESON b. 1833 Coltfield Parish of Alves registered
at Speymouth and Isabella HAY b. Aug 2, 1829 at Deldonald registered at
Aberlour.

John & Elizabeth MacKenzie's children were:

1.Jessie MacKenzie b. 1883 Edinburgh (Cannongate?)
2.Duncan Alexander MacKenzie b. 1885 Edinburgh (Cannongate?) d. Feb. 21,
1926 District of
Dalry and Gorgie, Edinburgh. Buried Saughton Cemetery

3.John Colin MacKenzie b. Feb 10, 1887 Loanhead d. Dec. 8, 1952 NY
+ Mary Ann Lilley DAWSON b. Aug. 15, 1881 Belfast d. May 26, 1965 NY

Edinburgh. Buried Saughton Cemetery

At the time of his death, Duncan Alexander MacKenzie was living at 32 Bryson
Road, Edinburgh and his brother Albert Jamieson MacKenzie was living at
Leslie Place. At the time of his death, Leonard George MacKenzie was living
at 56 Temple Park Crescent.
