looking for help with William Jonathan Tomas and Agnes Hind Lyon -married
1890, Edinburgh and had several children including James Alexander Thomas b
1899 died 1964, Margaret Drysale Milton Thomas 1895, William jonathan Thomas
1897 died 1920 all born Edinburgh.
William's parents were William Thomas and Margaret Carstairs. William
Jonathan thomas had a sister called Elizabeth Ellen Thomas.
When William senior died in 1878 Margaret married James Hunter and stayed in
Fountainbridge, Edin.
Agnes' parents --- Frederick Augustus Lyon and Mary ann McDonald. They
married 1860 and moved about between Scotland, england and Nova scotia as
Frederick was in the army. Settled in Edinburgh and also stayed in the
Fountainbridge area until their deaths. Mary ann died and Frederick married
Mary Cairncross then Isabell Souter.
any help appreciated cos I've hit a brick wall
