David DOD(D)S born about 1803, place or County unknown.
Shows as age 35 in 1841, an Ag. Lab., in Stow, Midlothian, where he was "
not born County ".
Known Children with his wife Helen;
James c 1824 / 25 ; John c1825 ; Janet 1827; Thomas 1831; Mary 1834;
William 1837 ; Margaret 1841.
1851, census, Stow, his wife, Helen ( LOCKIE ) shows as " deserted by her
husband, "
we fail to find where David went to, & where, or when he died. We do not
know who were his Parents, or Siblings.
It is possible that he acquired another family, some where else. He may have
emmigrated, if so, where to ?
Any information very gratefully received.
