Hello

I have a Schoolteacher, William HAMILTON born Ireland c 1826-36 who
taught in 7 schools in Scotland. He went to Teachers College in Edinburgh
for one year from mid 1851. I really need to find him and hopefully his
family in the 1851 Census.

Can anyone help?

Would a Schoolteacher be in a Trade Directory?

I can reciprocate with research here in OZ.
