I am sorry, I thought everyone knew what went on this time of the year in Edinburgh, a wonderful extravaganza of Military Tattoo.. Just Googled it, for this year, 5th August - 27th August... its well worth reading about it, especially if you have no idea what it is about...not only Military... as there were other parties taking part.. wonderful display.. but so far, not been on NZ TV!!

So my apologies for people who had no idea what I was talking about.... please just google Edinburgh Tattoo, and see what it was all about...Visitors from all over the world try to get there to see it every year...

I have watched it on TV for years, especially when I was living at home in London....

I love Edinburgh.. and this is done near the lovely Castle....

Sorry its not gene forum. but its an important part of your history in lovely Edinburgh!
