Dear all,

This is a long shot, based on some old correspondence with my great aunt
many years ago, but over the years, her information has proved remarkably
correct.

She has two of my 2 x great aunts and their families moving to Edinburgh.
It has to have been after 1901 as I have them both in the 1901 census still
in England.

The first was Phineas Wollison and his wife Eleanor (nee Matthews), children
Laurence 1890, Frank 1892 and Phillis 1898 and maybe others born after 1901,
my great aunt said Phineas Wollison was a photographer.

The second was David Hopton and his wife Elizabeth Ann (nee Matthews),
children, at least, Kathleen born 1899.

If anyone knows of these families, or has them in their tree, I would be
delighted to hear.

If anyone has a trade directory for Edinburgh, after 1901, could I please
ask the favour of a lookup to see if either name shows.
